JOIN THE ECOM FINANCE TEAM The ecom Finance Team in Europe is part of the European Commercial Finance team. We are responsible for financial planning and analysis for the e-com business in Europe to support the long term strategy as well as short term business cases and tactical decisions. We are a diverse team with different nationalities looking for an open-minded intern that supports us in driving the e-com business ensuring sustainable growth. YOUR TASKS Provide opex controlling support for the European eCom business in order to maximize growth and operating leverage. Identify opportunities to design and build tools and dashboards to improve day-to-day processes. Develop and implement adequate and aligned communication packages to present results, recommendations and solutions. Identify risks and opportunities and derive recommended action steps and contribute to comment packages and presentations to support market and adidas management to quickly understand key issues. Support the end-to-end financial forecast process from bottom-up plan to RFC and Budget uploads. Support the team in ad-hoc projects YOUR PROFILE Master / Bachelor Student of Business Administration, Finance or Controlling Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship Candidates in penultimate year of study preferred (following the internship, students should have maximum one year to graduate). Fluent English language skills (written & spoken) Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint) Experience managing large data sets from multiple sources. Knowledge of Microstrategy and Alteryx is a benefit Strong analytical and organizational skills with an open mindset.
