JOIN THE EU ECOM DIGITAL VISUAL MERCHANDISING TEAM Working within the Consumer Experience Management team, our Digital Visual Merchandising team primarily drive & execute our adidas digital merchandising experience, ensuring we’re addressing and adapting our site & product presentation to the needs of our consumer base and in line with our wider business performance. Digital Merchandising can impact consumer behaviour, including factors that will drive interaction and conversion. Our goal is to evolve the experience so that when a consumer leaves our touch point, we not only meeting their expectations, but we are exceeding them. YOUR TASKS: Support with campaign planning and execution duties including updating content tickets, market localization, merchandizing and product tagging Support with QA checks on .com and App for campaign launches and phase changes -ensuring all platforms are working as expected, if not driving resolution with relevant stakeholders Assist with creating strategy plans and lever playbooks for commercial periods Analyze campaign performance data, contributing with actions and recommendations to optimize experience and overall performance Collaborate with team members and stakeholders during consumer journey, content planning and creation walk-throughs Support our day-to-day priorities by implementing optimizations to enhance the consumer journey Support with ad-hoc reactive requests in line with business needs Assist with presentation preparation for team meetings YOUR PROFILE: Student with a focus on Business, e-commerce, Sales, Marketing or similar Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship Candidates in penultimate year of study preferred (following the internship, students should have maximum one year to graduate). Experience in eCommerce or Digital Analytical mindset, creative thinker and problem solver Organized and process orientated Confident working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to quickly adapt to business needs Able to balance day-to-day work as well as ad-hoc reactive requests Planning skills and ability to document processes Team player with very good communication skills and confident collaborating with different stakeholders Interest in campaigns, content and consumer engagement Any Sportswear, Fashion or Digital experience is a plus Experience in MS Office Fluent in English both verbally and written KEY FACTS: Application Deadline: March 15th, 2023 Start Date:September 15th, 2023 Duration: 6months Location: adidas Headquarters in Amsterdam city Eligibility: you are enrolled as a student for the full 6 months internship and you are an EU Citizen or a Non-EU Citizen studying in The Netherlands YOUR APPLICATION: At adidas we believe that “Impossible is Nothing”.
