INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES: DIGITAL PRODUCT OWNERSHIP Applications to these opportunities are considered for all available Digital Product Ownership Intern roles, including but not limited to those described below: Digital Product Ownership - Product Content Management Digital Product Ownership - Convert & Post Purchase Digital Product Ownership - RAME, Convert and Post Sales Digital Product Ownership - Product Testing & Market Success Digital Product Ownership – adidas Mobile Apps OVERVIEW: During the period of your internship, you will support the team in the role of an Assistant Product Owner. As such, you are assisting a Product Owner who is responsible for the quality and strategic impact of a medium or complex digital product. Together with your agile team you work on continuously improving and evolving the assigned products to optimize the value for the consumer. Collaborating with IT and markets to define a robust product backlog, managing capability expansion increments and contributing to new functionalities & best practice definitions are a few examples of the activities that will be expected from this role. Additionally, you will be cooperating with various internal stakeholders, including Markets and other Digital areas to drive consumer engagement and satisfaction, as well as incremental revenues by delivering digital experiences. YOUR TASKS: Contribute to the optimization of the product’s value for the consumer and the company (ROI). Monitor product delivery in line with the roadmap and committed delivery dates. Raise delivery issues on-time. Support the specification of user stories where required Communicate with stakeholders regarding the product, its features, etc. Monitor, optimize and enhance the configuration, features and functionalities related to the product. Use data sources and feedback loops to help the team to focus on the right enhancements. YOUR PROFILE: Student with a focus on Business Administration, IT, e-commerce, or similar Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship Candidates in penultimate year of study preferred (following the internship, students should have maximum one year to graduate). Basic understanding of IT products and capabilities Basic knowledge of Agile working methods e.g. Scrum/Kanban Familiarity with A/B testing or other multivariate testing Basic Domain knowledge is a plus Structured, organized and process orientated, with an analytical mindset High resilience and solution-oriented attitude Team player who enjoys working in an international environment Very good communication and interpersonal skills Strong MS Office skills, especially with Excel Fluent in English both verbally and written KEY FACTS: Application Deadline: March 15th, 2023 Start Date:September 15th, 2023, Duration: 6months Location: adidas Headquarters in Amsterdam city Eligibility: you are enrolled as a student for the full 6 months internship and you are an EU Citizen or a Non-EU Citizen studying in The Netherlands YOUR APPLICATION: At adidas we believe that “Impossible is Nothing”.
