JOIN TEAM PARTNER PROGRAM EUROPE You will gain great knowledge being a member of the Partner Program Product Launch and Optimization team working closely with key retailers in Europe and external vendors. The team plays the role to launch our products with the best presentation on our key Retail Partners, leading and driving implementation of strategic cross-functional initiatives to accelerate the business by increasing conversion rates, views, and search on our Partners sites. You will also gain Business Development and Project management skills supporting the Business Development of new accounts and market extensions. Your Tasks: Supporting the Product Launch and optimization team by: Understanding the data and content readiness within adidas Tracking, creating and sending updates to the team Gathering information for key projects and or initiatives. Support the Digital Product Launch team analytics in daily tasks: Understand the status of our product status with our Partners. Flag and raise issues to the team Validate changes Support the Business Development team: Tracking the integration process of new accounts Work in the market extensions of existing accounts Ad hoc analysis Gather data and provide reporting Support the Execution of digital content strategy and adapt output to meet the needs of the different marketplaces. Support the Optimization of product data in our middleware providers platforms (Marketplace integrators) Support the Business Development Cross-functional collaboration with other teams in the market Driving of own projects as required Support in day-to-day work YOUR PROFILE: Outstanding academic results with a planned graduation of your Bachelor's or Master's studies in the next 1-2 years Enrolled for the complete duration of the internship or in a gap year between Bachelor's and Master’s degree (EU citizens only - only applies to EU citizens due to working permit regulations) First working experience in the sporting/consumer goods industry or in a strategic function International experience obtained through studying abroad, internship abroad or volunteer work abroad Excellent problem solving and analytical skills in combination with a strategic way of thinking First experiences in project management beneficial Strong written and verbal communication skills Hands-on working style to get things done, ability to work under pressure to meet critical deadlines Agile, open-minded team player with a passion for sports and lifestyle Eagerness to continuously improve oneself and to further develop own skills Fluent in English Affinity to digital tools Strong MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel) KEY FACTS: Application Deadline: March 15th, 2023 Start Date:September 15th, 2023 Duration: 6months Location: adidas Headquarters in Amsterdam city Eligibility: you are enrolled as a student for the full 6 months internship and you are an EU Citizen or a Non-EU Citizen studying in The Netherlands YOUR APPLICATION: At adidas we believe that “Impossible is Nothing”.
