The Brand & Merchandising Product Owner Team is part of the Global Data & Analytics team, focusing on delivering business value for the Merchandising organization with various stakeholders (e.g. Ranging & Operational Reporting, Planning), so that they can access the right data to evaluate and optimize their performance. As part of the Product Owner team, responsible for developing and maintaining the infrastructure to support and enable data for firm wide use, you will be working side by side with our experienced Data Product Owners, receiving ongoing feedback and coaching from a dedicated mentor throughout the entire internship. YOUR TASKS: Manage the full-cycle process of creating a data product for our internal customers Ensure transparency of development, testing and release using Agile methodologies Internal customer alignment to create the future roadmap Expose and combine data by using visualization tools like ‘Microstrategy’, ‘Power BI’ (desired) YOUR PROFILE: Student of Economics, Computer Science, Data Engineering & Analytics or similar.Candidates in penultimate year of study preferred (following the internship, students should have maximum one year to graduate) Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship Or in the so-called gap year between Bachelor and Master’s degree (gap year regulation only applicable to EU citizens due to working permit regulations) Proficient spoken and written command of English Ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment KEY FACTS: Application Deadline: March 15th, 2023 Start Date: September 15th, 2023 Duration: 6months Location: adidas Headquarters in Herzogenaurach (near Nuremberg) YOUR APPLICATION: At adidas we believe that “Impossible is Nothing”.
