The role : Member of the Multinationals (MNC) Credit Insurance Central Team, the assistant Project manager help in implementing key projects handled by the Multinationals Credit Intelligence community. The internship will work on a team under the guidance of a project manager and be assigned tasks within a larger project. Period of internship : 6 months from July to December Main Missions : Support on the planning, tracking and implementing key Projects for MNC which aims to provide RPA tools to support the underwriters in the credit limit decision process. Constructed, automated and optimized a sustainable database to record key data points concerning policy level information of all Allianz Trade for Multinationals (MNC) Business Units using Excel macros and Power Query thereby resulting in less processing time and increased efficiency. Ensure the maintenance of the database and collaboration with the different MNC departments to get the data. Help the MNC Central Team to carry out with create reports, help with scheduling, prepare slide deck for presentation to the project steering committee. Support MNC Regions with the preparation of slide deck for customer meetings and preparation of buyer lists.
