JOIN OUR CORPORATE TAX TEAM: Corporate Tax exercises the global tax governance and tax strategy. Its main responsibility is to provide global tax advisory, to manage opportunities and risks and ensure tax compliance worldwide. The Corporate Tax team is organized by topic (International Tax, Indirect Tax, Tax Reporting & Tax Audit), business dimension (Business Partner for Global Brands, Global Operations and Sales) and by Regions (APAC, EMEA, NAM and LAM). Corporate Tax’s purpose is to create value for the global enterprise, business units, and shareholders by maximizing corporate profitability through minimizing overall tax burden while executing and directing compliance to conform with all legal frameworks in preserving the Company’s reputation and integrity. YOUR TASKS: Support the Corporate Tax team in its advisory role to the business, in responding to day to day queries and providing tax support for business projects as well as the assessment of related tax implications Support the development & maintenance of training material, policies, process descriptions ensuring compliance with tax regulations Support the Corporate tax team in ongoing projects Develop an understanding of the relationship and interdependencies of the different taxes Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the Group to understand tax related business needs YOUR PROFILE: Master / Bachelor Student of Law, Business Administration or Economics with focus on (German) Tax Law, Finance, Accounting or similar Enrolled as fulltime student for the complete duration of the internship Or in so called gap year between Bachelor & Master´s degree (gap year regulation only applies to EU citizens due to work permit regulations) Candidates in penultimate year of study preferred (following the internship, students should have maximum one year to graduate) Fluent English language skills (written & spoken); German is a benefit Excellent skills in Microsoft- Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) Basic knowledge of German and International Tax Law (incl.
