The Job

The Team: The Customer Advocacy team is responsible for activating customer advocates for various needs such as event speaking opportunities, discussion with other customers/prospects and developing success stories that can be used with prospects and customers in order to support and inspire others. The aim is to develop a Customer Advocacy journey and partnerships with the customers The Role: As a member of the Customer Value Management team you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse set of Advocacy initiatives and gain capabilities in customer relationship building, story telling, data management & accuracy across our customer references, marketing tools, event preparations and other skill-sets. The work you'll do: Conduct interviews with Sales/Customer Value Managers for story qualification Support assets development to showcase our customer's success (web stories, blogs, videos) Own some part of the event speaker sourcing following the customer advocacy process Deliver regular refreshes on the updated processes for Customer Advocacy (Customer value group) Support execution of new slide sprints (Europe and Global) The qualifications you need: Master Degree level or advanced studies in Communication or Marketing Proven project management experiences, excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Full professional proficiency in English and ideally native German.
