Part of the Allianz Group, Allianz Global Benefits helps multinational corporations to optimize their employee benefit programs across countries, providing a clear overview, more advanced risk management and governance. As an Intern within the Tender Management team you will be supporting the function responsible for managing the end to end delivery process of Request for Proposal responses to our global employee benefit programs. How you will contribute: Support the Tender Management team consolidate proposals in response to Global tenders launched by brokers for global employee benefit insurance programs Prepare the information requested by the brokers regarding our Network Insurers local insurance capabilities Coordinate Tender workflow and products related projects closely with Sales, Distribution, Pricing teams and network insurers worldwide Contributes to team projects, supporting the production of presentations for Sales pitches Support on the delivery of various presentations Maintain the quality process, acting as a reviewer for other team members Maintain our reporting tools and keeping international programs database up to date Support with formatting documents and refining and cleansing excel data sets Actively contribute to developing and maintaining various databases What will make you successful with us: Registered student studying Business Administration or related degree Having a keen interest in international business related tasks in the insurance area Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Other languages are a plus.
