Luxembourg Your career at Deutsche Börse Group Your area of work Income Luxembourg is handling and processing all types of Income events on securities held within Clearstream (e.g. interest, dividend, redemption, pool factor, drawing and redemption on nominal value). Working in a dynamic international team of experienced people, you will contribute to deliver high quality service to our customers by paying accurately and on time. Your responsibilities Daily reconciliation of income payments and investigation with our depositories Releasing timely and accurate notifications to our customers Active follow up of missing data by using internal and external sources Supporting the customer service by handling requests regarding Income events paid by Income Unit (chasing details, method of computation, missing events, etc...) Your profile University Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or similar relevant experience An Experience in Middle/Back Office will be an asset. Good knowledge of Fixed Income assets and related custody services, including tax considerations. Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work in a team and under pressure, willingness to work flexible hours Proficiency in written and spoken English; French/German language skills will be an asset Dedication, team and communication skills, flexibility as well as competent handling of MS Office applications round out your profile.
