The business unit Corporate & Institutional Structuring Solutions is part of Markets Structuring & Solutions and combines the structuring expertise of UniCredit CIB Markets across various asset classes. We structure tailor-made products for our clients in FX, equities, fixed income or commodities as well as investment funds. The Repackaging & Collateralised Financing Structuring team is based in Munich and Milan. It deals with Repackaging transactions delivering a desired cash flow to investors either via Structured Funds, Special Purpose Vehicles or on balance sheet solutions.
