We are currently looking for a REGULATORY Trainee (Food Safety & Compliance) Fulltime Location Utrecht (with possibilities to work from home) Your role In this position you will collaborate with the Regulatory Manager (Benelux) and be in contact with the internal and external key actors for the regulatory, quality & CSR topics. Your main role is to : 1. CONTROL THE CONFORMITY OF THE FOOD REGULATION IN THE ENTITY Following up of national regulation in his country / area, and implementation with Corporate, Supporting of the quality manager of the plant, local marketing, supply chain for regulatory topics and survey, Alerting on sensitive issues, crisis risk, media alert on food safety and regulatory issues, being the regulatory support for the local team. 2. SUPPORT OF THE MARKETING ACTIONS Creating and updating of the internal labelling sheet (FEI), giving support to validate the marketing operations and communication and the local development projects regarding regulatory topics or managing of commercialization agreements and regulatory nonconformities. 3. SUPPORT OF THE SALES Support by providing information regarding the customers requests You will also be able : 4. TO MANAGE CRISIS : (when a crisis happens that involves a product): assist in working quickly to develop responses for internal employees, external customers, media and journalist; coordinating and processing the case in accordance with the prerogatives and expectations of the group's legal department ; coming down to handling the crisis as effectively as possible. Your profile We are looking for an academic professional with a master’s degree in agricultural sciences or dietetic with strong skills in the field of regulatory. You have a real team spirit interested in the regulatory topics of the food sector and conviction for sustainable development, a Project & change management skill, Internal customer Partnering &Strong administrative and communication skills. You are fluent in Dutch & English, French and German is a plus
