The Job

The Team: Product Launch Management is a strategic team within the COO organization that manages the product launch process for strategic releases and the phase-out of existing products from an end-to-end Celonis perspective. The Role: The Product Launch Manager acts as a trusted advisor and business partner to Product Management while working truly cross-functionally with all internal departments including Go-to-market, Product and Engineering, Marketing and communications, Legal, InfoSec, Data protection, Enablement, Partner Management, Customer Value Org, Finance, Operations and many more. The main objective of Product Launch Management is to ensure that all relevant resources, assets, processes, tools, and enablements have been prepared and legal, InfoSec, data privacy, and other applicable requirements have been fulfilled before launching a new product. Furthermore, the department owns and maintains the global feature request process to ensure Product and Engineering listen and takes action on the voice of the customer (VoC). This includes funnelling, assessing, and tracking requests - from submission to implementation to closure. This way, the department has the full 360° view of all incoming requests and all outgoing both tactical and strategic launches.
