Our clients are companies from small and medium enterprises to large multinational corporates. Loan Syndicate Western Europe is a product unit at the core of UniCredit's Advisory & Capital Markets business within Client Solutions. The unit takes responsibility for structuring, pricing and placement of syndicated loans in close coordination with Debt & Equity Capital Markets, Structured Finance, relationship managers as well as with other banks. Typical transactions include M&A financings, refinancings, pre/post IPO financings and recapitalizations for our German and European Investment Grade and non-Investment Grade clients.
