The main business activities are financing and leasing of BMW Group automobiles and motorcycles for private and corporate customers. Its fleet management the financing business operates under the Alphabet brand. BMW Group Financial Services also offers customers selected insurance and rental products. In this way, BMW Group Financial Services plays an important role in strengthening the BMW Group’s focus on customers and new solutions. A fantastic internship opportunity is now available within the central Product Management Department in Munich. What awaits you? Supporting the product team in the optimization of current products and services as well as with the development of innovative offerings always in a customer centric way. Assisting in the processes from idea generation, product definition, piloting and testing towards roll-out, implementation and launches of new products and services. Informing and aligning with stakeholders in headquarters and markets. Facilitate and actively support best practice sharing across markets and departments via e.g. workshops and trainings. Research new offerings trends in terms of new customer demands and competitors’ analysis. Preparation of management and sales support presentations. Profile description: What should you bring along? Bachelor/Master of Business Administration or similar field of studies. First practical experience in the automotive or financial sector would be considered a plus. Business German and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially MS PowerPoint and MS Excel. Attention to details, analytical thinking as well as teamwork and communication skills. Ability to integrate well into a multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary team.
