We, the BMW Group, offer you an interesting and varied internship in the area of human-like driver models. In the new Driving Simulation Center of BMW, we are developing simulation technologies that will enable us to experience and develop the future of driving. To simulate human traffic behavior in the virtual world, we are working on realistic traffic agents. During your internship, you will be involved in the development of a driver model to solve interactive traffic situations by combining heuristic and data-driven modeling approaches. What awaits you? Research in state-of-the-art solutions for trajectory planning, data-driven behavior prediction and measuring human-like behavior. Developing your own algorithms for data analysis. Extracting and analyzing parameters of human behavior from real traffic data. Preparing and conducting experiments using our simulation framework. Profile description: What you should bring along? Ability to work independently. Completed bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or similar field. Programming skills required (Python:Scipy, Pandas, Keras, Tensorflow).
