That’s why our experts will treat you as part of the team from day one, encourage you to bring your own ideas to the table – and give you the opportunity to really show what you can do. We, the BMW Group, offer you an interesting and varied internship in the area of Methods and Software Development for Vehicle Architecture Development and Geometric Car Design. What awaits you? As part of your job, you will support our project team in the development of new methods and software tools for the field of architecture development and geometric car design. With these methods we intend to design car architectures and vehicle concepts for the entire product portfolio of BMW in the future. These requirements encompass business aspects of customer-effective characteristics and legal provisions. Starting with the first considerations of a car concept, these methods are meant to guide the vehicle development into a successfull start of production. The implementation requires the development of an intelligent parametric model. Beside the CAx design, results from data analyses and functional requirements must be considered. You can expect a highly interdisciplinary task and the possibility of networking with many different stakeholders. In addition, you will get an exciting insight into our company and especially into the field of method and car architecture development. Profile description: What should you bring along?
