Your Tasks Active participation in current initiatives (e.g. global technical rollouts, innovative process developments, organizational transformation) sponsored by the Beiersdorf HQ. Support the development of global HR & IT business models and processes. Independent as well as joint participation in the setting up of business cases, workshops, briefings, presentations, analyses, and more. Monitoring and coordination of agile, as well as project-based developments of digital initiatives across the company. Market research for the latest digital and innovation trends. Collaboration with international and cross-border teams, both within and outside of the Beiersdorf group. Contribution to the continuous refinement of the global HRIS strategy and digital roadmap for Beiersdorf's global HR function. Your Profile You are currently enrolled in Business Informatics, Human Resources, or similar programs or you are currently in your Gap Year (between Bachalor and Master studies) First experiences in a business environment, e.g. previous internship, or university collaborations. A digital enthusiast, passionate about the digital world, ideally having previous experience in tech projects. Team player, but also able to take responsibility and work independently. Good balance between an analytic, structured, and pragmatic approaches. Openness for international and intercultural environments Very good knowledge of MS Office applications. Programming is a plus. Written and spoken fluency in English; additional language skills will be an advantage, German in particular. Start: A start in the second half of the year would potentially be possible.
