Area of work In the position as an Intern - Purchasing & Fleet Management, you will support the Luxembourg team with handling mainly the complete invoicing and car order process. This internship will give you a view on the Fleet Management processes and the used tool for maintaining the whole Deutsche Börse Group Company Cars. Your responsabilities : Preparation/verification of incoming invoices and monitoring Data maintenance Driver license check Driver support Car order process Your profile You are enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree programme with a recognized institution with a focus on Business Administration, Accounting or similar and can provide an internship agreement, OR have graduated with a bachelor's degree or similar for no more than 6 months Strong interpersonal and organisation skills, multitasking Accounting skills will be an asset Able to work independently as well as in a team Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, keep to tight deadlines and detail focused Good level of MS-Office applications (especially Excel) Proficient in German is a must, preferably German native speaker Proficient in English is a must and any other language is an asset (verbal and written)
