Global Syndicate is a global product unit at the core of UniCredit's corporate finance business within the Corporate & Investment Bank. The unit plays a vital role in syndicated loans and bonds from origination, structuring, pricing, arranging, underwriting and syndication. Structured Syndicate with teams in Munich and Milan covers structured financing activities in the sectors of Infrastructure, Power and Renewable Energy, Real Estate, Natural Resources and Export Finance with Export Credit Agencies.
