The Early Talents trainee program is a full-time 12-months opportunity to kick-off your career at Infor in the Professional Services organization, starting October 2023 . At the end of the program, you will be considered as an Associate Consultant with a focus on one of Infor ERP-software (Infor LN, M3 or dEPM / Birst) in Choose your path: Logistics / Manufacturing & Planning / Finance As a Logistics consultant you will assist customers in optimizing the business processes across the supply chain and implement the right functionality to buy, handle and sell products. From procurement and warehousing to sales and distribution, as a logistics consultant you will touch different business processes that are rich in variety. As Infor’s products can handle a lot of requirements in that area, it will be your job to help our customers create value across the value chain using these tools. As a Manufacturing & Planning consultant you will enable customers to create value by leveraging optimal planning and production processes. From product configuration to assembly of the finished goods you will be helping customers to facility industry leading practices in the existing value chain. You will implement concepts like material planning, production scheduling or assembly control using Infor’s toolkit and serve customers across different industries: from automotive suppliers to aerospace & defense manufacturers.] As a Finance consultant , you will contribute to the development and implementation of outstanding service delivery in ERP Cloud Solution through extraordinary consultancy, workshops and training in Finance specific topics, such as Financial Management, Accounting and Controlling. What is the Early Talent trainee program? It is a cross-functional program concentrated on business processes, techniques, methods, and IT solutions – everything you need to succeed in consulting. After completion of the program, you will have a solid foundation to run innovative local and global Infor projects from both an IT and a Business perspective. What is expected in the program? The program consists of two parts, training in our academy and work on projects to provide you with hands-on experience from several key business areas. This mixture of theory and practice designed to enable you grow and develop in consulting and give you the best start at Infor. We are an International company; therefore, the theory part will be in English. You will also interact with instructors and other Early Talents from all over Europe, and work in an international context. Program structure: Learn the foundations (6 months)­: Full-time training with a combination of self-study and face-to-face meetings in different Infor locations, where you will meet your peers and mentors. You will get to know Infor, our culture and principles during onboarding. Then, you will have specialized ERP (e.g., Infor LN, M3 or dEPM / Birst) as well as functional, soft-skills and methodical trainings accompanied with first project experience. Consolidate the foundations (6 months): In this part, you will apply and strengthen your knowledge by project shadowing. You will assist and learn from your assigned mentor and take responsibility for certain project areas. Certification After successful completion of first two parts, you will complete a certification, after which you will become an Associate Consultant with a focus on one of Infor ERP-software. Location: Work from everywhere! We give you an opportunity to choose your desired location. It can be either one of our Infor locations in Germany or you can choose to be home-office based. Duration of the program: 12 months. After the program you will be an Associate Consultant. Important to know: You will receive a permanent contract of employment with us from the beginning. Your profile: Currently enrolled in a University pursuing a bachelor’s/master’s degree with an expected graduation in August 2023; Or you have a completed university degree (Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, Information Systems, Business Informatics, Finance, or other industry focused degree) First professional experience or internships in IT companies is a plus A genuine interest in IT and business processes (logistics / supply chain management and / or finance / accounting / controlling) Willingness and possibility to travel up Must be able to work in teams, yet can work independently Excellent written and oral communication skills with fluent spoken and written German and English Good Microsoft Office 365 skills, e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word What you can expect from us: At Infor, we are highly invested in the success of our people.
