Who you are +5 years of relevant work experience; Have knowledge of KPIs, Metrics and how to achieve them; Retail and Operations knowledge; Program or project management knowledge; Ability to identify and define complex problems, break them into workstream and drive forward solutions; Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional environment with various organizational units and stakeholders; Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility; Demonstrated experience in coaching for results; Understanding and knowledge of MS Office, strong data reporting skills will be added advantage; Ability to deal with ambiguity and find pragmatic and scalable solutions in a fast passed environment; Good level of communication in English is required (other languages like German are a plus but not required); What you will do Be part of our Retail (B2B) Operations team in Europe focusing on Operations Performance & Implementation driving growth and standardization within Europe markets Daily and weekly operations/deliveries/key metrics/ review and management; Preparing reports and driving operational improvements and alignment on objectives scoped from key metrics; Identify appropriate performance metrics and ensure consistent measurement and accountability; Dive deep into current processes to gather in-depth understanding of the processes Driving and coordinating process improvement and standardization, lead by data, and coordinating implementations across our European markets; Provide value-added recommendations and continuous process improvements based on analysis to enhance systems, processes and operational units to resolve B2B partner issues; Drive alignment and adoption of new processes by working cross-functionally across different teams; Coordinate and drive communication between operational teams to assure organization learning and alignment; Become an Emmie Emma is transforming the world of sleep - and we want the highest-performing people to help us pull it off.
