MAIN MISSIONS We propose a 6-month internship (from July to December) at Allianz Trade. You will be working directly with the manager on different topics as described below: GLOBAL HR PROJECTS : Support Global HR projects : Help with the implementation and ramp-up of the various projects at Allianz Trade Create presentations for recurrent calls with HR community (project follow-up) Prepare the deployment documents of HR projects (userguides, communication package, videos) Support the follow up of HR projects (steering committee, status meeting) Participate in recurrent Allianz Trade initiatives : Employee Engagement survey: Assist in the roll-out of the project Collect insights on employer reputation (Glassdoor…) and propose actions The tasks will be adapted to the context of the department. PROFILE Bachelor’s degree or Bac +4 (possible in progress) Fluent English, French is a plus Communication skills Customer relations skills Good level of office pack (especially excel and power point) and design tools (Canva) Proactive, able to take responsibility and work autonomously
