Your mission in connection to DEI perspectives and especially dedicated to the first” Inclusion week” at a Group Level across 31 Business Units- around 28 countries. This first event has been created through an iterative approach with the HR Directors in our Business Units and a dedicated “DEI” workshop. As such, your role will be to support the deployment of the 2023 Communication Plan on DE&I Program and the preparation of this “Inclusion Week” planned at the beginning of June 2023 with the Head of HR Social Sustainability & the Communication Team and the Business Units. To do so you will: Support the update of the libraries on the Corporate Social Network based on BU initiatives with the goal of sharing best practices on the Corporate Social Network for BU to build their DEI strategy and roadmap. This includes sharing the basic information of best practices (pre-built template) with the subject owner concerning animations (awareness-raising events, partnerships…) tools, trainings and actions Based also on the initiatives, process and best practices shared on the EcoVadis rating Support the preparation of the Inclusion week opening ceremony which should meet the HR Event Manager & the Communication Central Team’s requirements. The goal is to: Show top management commitment and BUs contribution Reach all employees through different support (online, offline…) Set the tone of the week and introduce the event course Help BUs select from off the shelf content gathered by the central team with the objective of: Reflecting local priorities Involving employees and top management Working as an accelerator of the BU DEI strategy Post Inclusion Week Help and support HR Group central team and Business Units on the Engagement survey from September & October 2022- Support & help of the deployment within the HR Community Contribute to building of the DEI Trainings for all employees (linked with HR Headquarters/Training Community) Reinforced the level of KPI on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion such as Parity ratio… with the HR Performance Manager PROFILE You are currently searching for a 6-month internship in an HR or CSR department M/F, you are currently preparing a Bac+5 higher education diploma such as a Business School or University Your English is fluent, and you are comfortable working with international stakeholders You are curious and open-minded, you want to learn and develop your project coordination skills skills in an international and multicultural environment This position and its missions are made for you!
