The Job

We are looking for a motivated intern to support our HR team in their daily tasks. You will report directly to our HR manager and work closely with our Talent Acquisition Manager. Our ideal candidate can work in fast paced startups environments, is thrilled by the B2B Saas industry and is confident to help us accomplish our HR roadmap for 2023.  Responsibilities: Support our hiring process :  Post, update and remove job advertisements on job boards Add custom questions to applications Support our  on/offboarding  process : Prepare Tote bags for new joiners Handle the offboarding activities Support our  HR operations  : Answer Didomians’ HR requests Manage the employees’ files and follow the work permits  Communication with external providers for matters like IT, Benefits, Relocation, Payroll, Occupational medicine Co-build and execute our 2023 Training plan Participate in our  HR projects  : Compensation & Benefits analysis HR policies (travel and expenses policy, telework …) Contribute to  office management  missions such as organizing internal events and help us to promote our  culture  internally and externally. Your profile: Currently enrolled in a HR degree Enthusiastic and flexible with a can-do attitude and able to multi-task Excellent communication skills Ability to influence and challenge, always looking for ways to improve Organized, rigorous and ready to learn in a demanding yet caring environment Previous experience in recruitment or HR is a plus Fluent in English and ready to integrate into an international environment Advanced level with Excel Knowledge of French HR labor laws is a plus Tools you’ll work with on a regular basis: Lever, our ATS  Linkedin Notion HiBob, our HRIS our payroll systems Recruitment process: First call with our Talent Acquisition Manager, to better understand your background, aspirations and answer your questions (15 min) Interview with your future manager (30 min), our HR Manager, to discuss your experience and the role in more detail Take-home assessment  Presentation of the assignment to the HR team
