Within the fresh Group Reward, HRIS & HR Analytics team of Allianz Trade made up of 4 people, we are looking for a HR Analytics & HRIS apprentice ! ABOUT THE JOB : Operational HR reporting : Group recurring reports at Allianz Trade Adhoc reports from internal stakeholders HR Data quality : Perform regular HR Data quality checks Adhoc HR data quality checks (according to period) Build clear processes to improve HR Data quality in systems Manual entry of data into systems (Creation of employee, positions…) HR Reporting project : Being part of HR data visualisation tool implementation project as an HR reporting contributor Automatization and rationalisation of reporting (at convenience with Power Query, Macro…) HRIS : Access management for SAP and Successfactors Support to users on HRIS (SAP - SF EC master data) Update of HRIS documentation regularly HRIS enhancements in SAP & SF If this is not enough and you are keen to improve your HR knowledges internally at Allianz Trade, you can volunteer to participate in other group transversal HR missions , but this is not compulsory ! ABOUT YOU Education/Background : Preparing a Master degree in 2 years in HR/Data/System An experience in an international company is a plus Hard Skills : Fluent in English, any another language is a plus Good stand of Excel (Pivot tables, V look up…) Knowledge of SAP & Success Factors is an asset but not mandatory Soft Skills : Autonomous and resourceful on the given tasks Curious and proactive in the missions discoveries Ability to deal with confidential information Reliable and taking ownership of their topics In a nutshell : We are looking for a Talented young student for 2 years who can bring her/his/their positivity into Allianz Trade and our team !
