Job description: Our Finance Transformation team is looking to expand its capabilities and further contribute to Group Data & Reporting function by appointing a Global Senior Data Analyst, responsible for designing, building, and deploying Analytics and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI and other automation solution to drive efficiency in the reporting / monitoring process. Along with the below listed responsibilities, you should conduct any other business related to the function as required by her or his supervisor. Main Responsibilities Development and deployment of operational & Financial reports, build automated reports and dashboards with the help of Power BI and other solutions based on business needs (e.g. drive initiatives for automation - RPA, Power automates, etc.) Participation in different group-wide initiatives and projects for improvement in the data sourcing, quality and overall governance. Responsible for communicating business requirements and analysis to IT BI team Responsible for adoption of Self-service Power BI solutions. Collaboration with IT BI team during the implementation phase and on-going support Functional subject matter expert (SME) on internal systems and being an owner of the backlog, review and validation of new functionalities, regular follow up on deliverables Driving improvements in the Data & Reporting Factory process to reduce the number of manual interventions and Issues Profile description: Experience You have a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Economics, Finance, Informatics or Statistics is highly desirable) in Engineering or related field. You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of Reporting and Analytics area. Some experience developing and implementing reports in a data-reporting tool (Power BI preferred) will be considered as plus Technical skills : Excellent knowledge of Power Query, Power BI, SAP, TM1, MSBI or similar BI solutions, MS Office, especially Excel Experience in the International Group is an advantage especially in Payment Business. Fluency in English Important skills : Ability to communicate with business, as well as technical teams Strong attention to details and quality review of deliverables Ability to translate complex data into insights, strongly developed interpersonal skills, confident communicator, entrepreneurship mindset Good team player, able to contribute to a multi-cultural team Education level: Master's Degree Work experience: 4-5 years Start contract date: 01-03-23 We offer: More reasons to join us !
