The role: Development of your commercial activity You will create your customer portfolio in the Industry or IT sector (phone prospecting, in-person meetings with potential clients). You will ensure the satisfaction and retention of your customers. To meet their challenges, your advisory role will enable you to provide ingenious solutions on our three levels of commitment (technical assistance, service center, work package). Recruitment and Management of your Consulting Engineers team In collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team, you will attract the best consultants (sourcing of CVs, job interviews). You manage and retain your team through the support of their career paths. Management of your profit center As a true intrapreneur, you will monitor the development of your business and optimize its profitability. You will join the Switzerland subsidiary and will report to a Coaching Manager. Compensation We offer an attractive package that includes a fixed salary, bonuses and various benefits. Your profile You love sales and are interested in phone prospecting as much as meeting potential clients. With a master's degree from an engineering school, you have experience doing business in a technical environment. You speak perfect German and fluent English.
