The Job

Accelerate your career at the world’s leading brewer. This is a 1-year program starting in August 2023. In 12 months, you can become a team leader and work on transformational projects to shape our planet, our communities, and our people. At AB InBev, dreaming big is what we do. Brewing the world’s most loved beers, building iconic brands like Budweiser, Stella Artois, Corona and crafting meaningful moments are what inspire us. We are a team of passionate owners who are not afraid to dream big because we know that together, we can achieve anything. To build a more sustainable, inclusive, and rewarding future. Turning any challenge into an opportunity. So let’s take on the challenge together. Cheers to dreaming big. The Role: What will you do as a Fast Track Leadership Trainee? You will conduct two 6-month rotations in one of the following branches: Customer & Consumer Experience, Digital Employee Experience, Supply Chain Planning, Import and Export Operations, Finance Team, or People Business Services Team giving you hands-on experience with the operational side of our business as well as the opportunity to shine by taking on specific projects and presenting your solutions to our Senior Leadership. After a successful traineeship, you will be promoted to a leadership role and work on transformational projects in our Prague Centre. For the first few years of your career you will be based in the vibrant and dynamic city of Prague, Czech Republic known for its bars, restaurants and fast-paced way of life. Assistance with your relocation is provided, if needed. Who are we looking for: Ambitious. Curious. Impactful. Supportive. You see challenges as opportunities waiting to be explored. You want to learn, grow and adapt. To drive change and deliver results to help us create a future with more cheers. You value structure but can think beyond it. You have excellent communication skills and are good at building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues alike. You are also not afraid to be hands-on to get the job done, take ownership of your projects from day one, and meet ambitious targets. You should graduate (before September 2023 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor, Masters (or equivalent) degree. More important than the subject you studied is your international mind-set, and the language skills to go with it. You should also have no more than 2 years of professional experience (internships/volunteers/student jobs not included). An advanced level of English together with a proficient level of either Dutch, French, German, Italian or Spanish. You should be an EU citizen or have the right to live and work in the Czech Republic. Please be advised that you will only be considered for the first application you submit, therefore please make sure you are completely happy with your choice as this decision is final. We believe that a world with more cheers means equality across the business. It means an inclusive, supportive workplace where everyone is free to speak their mind and share ideas. A workplace where everyone is empowered to dream big. And a team that’s diverse in background, skills and experience. So, if you dream big but are concerned you’re not a perfect fit against the job description, we’d still encourage you to apply. You may be just the right candidate to help us create a future with more cheers. There is no need to upload a cover letter – this will not affect your application. What can you expect from us: In this role, you’ll have the potential to accelerate your career. In just one year you will acquire a deep and detailed understanding of different operational processes supporting our Western European business. We know how important it is to have a strong community around you. You’ll get the support and coaching you need to succeed, with teammates and senior leaders supporting you to achieve your goals.
