The role Primary portfolio: operational management PO management: purchase order entry, ERP update, SO tracker/delivery schedule update Delivery Schedule tracker update + shipment coordination (between our warehouse and customers) Support for New Product Introduction invoicing Internal flow improvement: customer communication, double-check PO, user guides, etc.. The candidate Supply Chain/International business studies/background Customer driven, good communication, out-of-the-box thinker Good level of both French & English (written and oral) IT Expertise: ERP, Microsoft Office (Excel: intermediate level), Outlook
