What you'll do: You will join our in-house creative team and work closely with designers, copywriters, strategists, marketeers, researchers and engineers to plan, manage and deliver high-quality projects in a timely manner. You will identify and structure creative challenges and briefs that bring the best out of the creative team. You will develop project plans with an agile approach. You will delegate and communicate project tasks to team members. You will monitor and manage project statuses. You will expand the scope of your projects with the collaboration of strategists and performance marketing insights. Who we're looking for: You have developed skills and working experience in account management and/or project management. You are used to leading in a fast-paced growth environment involving time-sensitive, complex projects. You understand the different milestones of a digital project and the roles/responsibilities of digital creative teams. You have great stakeholder management skills and can deal with internal teams and external agencies and freelancers in parallel. You are proficient in Microsoft Office and common project management software.
