The Job
Your position You will support the Group Compliance Officer in managing the group’s compliance activities. You will gather, screen and analyse information related to risk assessment. You will take initiatives in order to optimise information flows and procedures in the framework of compliance. As a Compliance Assistant you will participate in internal meetings and stay in touch with other entities within the organisation (national and international). Your profile You hold a bachelor’s degree in law practice or are equivalent through experience. A first relevant work experience in the field of compliance or regulations is a plus. You can express yourself fluently in English, French and Dutch (both orally and in writing). Knowledge of an additional language is an asset. You have a thorough knowledge of MS Office (Excel). You work accurately and have an eye for detail. You have good administrative and organisational skills and pay attention to deadlines. You like working in a team, you take initiative and you are discreet.
