The Job

Are you passionate about branding and communication? Do you like to create storytelling concepts for luxury brands and make them live by flawless execution and attention to detail? Are you equally creative, ROI driven and structured with a good understanding for emerging trends in social media? Then you might be the person we are looking for in our Luxury Communication team. This is a unique opportunity for you to work with some of world’s leading luxury beauty brands in a fun and caring Communications team. The job is 28 hours per week, and we welcome both students and recent graduates to apply. You will have the flexibility to organize your weekly hours according to your own schedule. The role is a fixed-term contract for 12 months and the contract will be facilitated via HARTMANNS. Your mission… As the Communications Graduate, you support the local Communications Managers in their daily tasks alongside driving projects on your own. In close collaboration with the Marketing team, you will be involved in supporting strategic brand projects and events and help coordinate and execute them. You will be working with our leading international brands such as Lancôme, Giorgio Armani, Biotherm, and Yves Saint Laurent. The role reports to the Communications Manager for Luxe. You will… Coordinate seedings to press and influencers as well as goodie bags to sponsored events You work on following up influencer and press coverage both digital and in print Participate in and support the organization of events with the communications department You oversee the uploading images in our image bank and making sure its up to date with discontinuations and new launches Support in the daily contact with press for product and launch related information Assist in press and influencer meetings, above all preparations, decorations and seedings Assist in reporting and analysis of the Social Media market and trends as well as identifying new influencer profiles and communities Support communications team by monitoring influencers, ensuring product loyalty and content relevancy Your profile… You are fluent in Danish and English You have a good understanding and feeling for luxury brands and products You are well-organized and structured You are a strong self-starter with good analytical skills You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment You are extrovert and can build connections and network in a complex matrix organization You are curious, flexible, digitally and socially savvy with a positive problem-solving attitude What’s in it for you?
