Your Tasks As a (Senior) Quantum Computing Specialist your focus is on designing and implementing solutions at client's side in the field of Quantum Computing. You will be using open-source tools and quantum libraries on quantum processing units or simulate quantum circuits. You will support our clients during the successful development and implementation of complex solutions on quantum hardware for addressing various industrial challenges in finance, automotive, aeronautics, cybersecurity, pharmaceuticals, logistics etc. Using the full variety of available quantum hardware, industry standard simulators as well as in-house developed solvers, you will provide solutions to our customers' problems (optimization, monte-carlo, machine learning, cryptography etc.) amenable to quantum computing and you will integrate them into a hybrid workflow in the cloud or on premise. You will consult our customers on solutions, approaches, implementations, suitable hardware and benefits of quantum computation. You will be in regular contact with customers and stakeholders. You will educate and build deep relationships with customers to enable them to be quantum computing advocates. PhD and/or postdoc experience preferred Good understanding of the concepts and mathematics involved in quantum computation Clear understanding of which problems are suitable for quantum computation and the underlying complexity theory. Ideally first experience in the industry Ability to read and understand scientific publications, and transform them into an implemented and pragmatic solution Experience with quantum development libraries like Qiskit, Pennylane, Ocean, etc Proficient in Python and other programming languages Proactive, Team player with a solution-oriented mindset Excellent written and verbal communication skills Fluent in French and English
