The opportunity Sprint Reply Belgium is a professional services company specialized in Intelligent Process Automation (IPA). We are constantly driving our clients to establish and improve their IPA Center of Excellence covering the balance between people, technology and governance. Through the use of low-code platforms like UiPath, Blue Prism, ABBYY, Microsoft Power Platform and many more we aim to transform the work environment of our clients to be future-proof. As junior project manager you are willing to explore new domains for automation by taking up a project manager role in projects covering the needs for business as for IT. Your challenge • As project lead, you support on a daily basis in the follow-up of the project progress and the delivery of the expected results within the project elements: plan, scope, budget, ... • Plan and organize the meetings in order to support the progress of the project • Facilitate during workshops in order to gather the expectations that need to be translated in requirements and follow up the implementation • Project reporting on operational as decision-making level • Support in the business development of the company • Being curious to actively gather information about new IPA trends and develop and promote (new) service offerings according to the current market needs and demands • Identify and advise about automation solutions to drive the pipeline generation What are we looking for? • At least a master degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Sciences Software Engineering or Economic degree with an affinity for technology • Having knowledge of project management methodologies • You can act as a trusted advisor for our clients • You have an adaptive communication style and can inspire, present, and report to a broad range of audiences going from end-users to C-level • Experienced by covering one or more of the following roles: business analyst; project support; project lead and/or project manager for projects that included technical and business requirements • Fluent in English and Dutch, French is a plus • You have an entrepreneur mindset and not only have good ideas but are also able to turn this into initiatives and take ownership of these • Above all, you are proactive, hands-on, have a no-nonsense mentality, and are eager to learn • You have the mindset that every day is a new day with new opportunities and possess a good sense of humor What would be a nice-to have? • A first experience in the IT consulting industry • Knowledge to implement AI technologies such as NLP, ML, and data science is considered a plus • Certification as scrum master, Prince2 (agile) is a plus. • Having knowledge of the financial service sector is a plus What's in it for you?
