Business Development Representative We are looking for a bright Business Development Representative to join our Sales Organization based in Headquarter in Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium. As a Business Development Representative , you will be responsible for driving new business by forging new relationships with executives at Pharmaceuticals and Biotech companies to transform how they work. You should be excited by the challenges of learning a new, technical product, bringing an innovative product to market, and driving real improvement in our customers' operations through our solutions. You will be responsible for driving net new discussions in strategic life sciences accounts by means of cold calling, emailing, and conferences. What you'll do: Work closely with our Account Executives, Solution Engineers and Marketing team to strategically outreach target accounts. Incorporate customer perspective, drivers, and product/service relevancy to deliver persuasive client presentations. Own all lead generation activities. Develop and maintain senior-level relationships within target accounts. Participate in continuous improvement of the N-SIDE Sales Process Work cross-functionally with across the organisation to leverage subject matter expertise Develop and execute target account plans; maintain and communicate conversion KPI’s About you: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated team building, leadership and the ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements concurrently. 1 Year of experience and demonstrated track record of top tier performance in a previous Business Development role. Business Development experience required. Life Sciences or Supply Chain experience preferred. Experience solution selling to Director/VP level is a plus Experience working in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment. Formal solution sales training from a tier 1 Enterprise Sales methodology is a must. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Ability and desire to learn new software quickly Team player and ability to work in a dynamic sales environment Excellent phone communication and objection handling skills with strong sales acumen You are fluent in English. Travel: 10-20% in Belgium with occasional international travel to our office inCambridge, MA.
