We propose you to join our Strategy & Diversification Department as Business Development Manager - Energy Transition (F/M) Description du poste Reporting to the "Director of New Activities", you contribute to the development of the company's "Energy Transition" service offerings by establishing the business model and developing the network of potential customers and partners (carbon sequestration, mining exploration, geothermal, gas storage, natural resources, onshore and offshore seismology, underwater acoustics (excluding Oil & Gas and Defense), offshore geophysics). In this context, you identify key players in the sector, you meet future customers and promote our varied and innovative products (platforms including hardware and software offers) to improve Sercel's visibility in the market and to confirm the relevance of the offer through first sales. Your key responsibilities: You propose and then deploy a business strategy consistent with your objectives. You ensure the commercial development of the energy transition activity. You coordinate the customer relationship with all the company's stakeholders: Head of Marketing Diversification, Sales team, Product Champions, Business Unit managers and the various internal departments concerned (R&D, commercial, legal, financial, administrative, etc.). Your main missions: You develop business plans based on in-depth market analysis, on your meetings with tier 2 customers (end customers and regulators) and Sercel's positioning in this market. In particular, you will help to propose the marketing roadmap for Sercel's products and services, by defining the priorities requested by the markets. You formalise the market approach strategy and share it with the company's stakeholders. You translate this strategy by proposing to management an action plan and a trade policy. You develop sales arguments and participate in the development of price/product positioning. You analyze customer requests and tenders. You help draft sales proposals and negotiate contracts as part of the sales strategy. You collaborate with the Sercel Group sales representatives, local agents and group representatives. You ensure a technological and competitive watch. You promote the products to prospects, customers, partners and prescribers, take part in professional exhibitions and product demonstrations. Qualifications Master degree or engineer, you have significant experience in business development, sales and/or technical marketing in the field of energy transition, in which you have developed a network. You speak English fluently. Your excellent interpersonal skills will allow you to be recognized by your internal and external contacts.
