The Validation/Characterization Engineering Intern at Texas Instruments are powered by a passion for continual improvement. Our solutions make a real difference and yours will, too. We make the semiconductor product design process easier and faster, which helps our customers succeed in today's fast-paced marketplace. In this role you will support the development of latest isolated precision ADCs. This includes PCB and test software development, silicon debugging, IC characterization over different conditions and data analysis. You will be an integral part of the new product development team, where you will be interfacing across multiple functions in international team setups. Being assigned to exciting and challenging projects also brings along the opportunity to learn from established and successful teams. Minimum requirements: Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Electrical Engineering or related degree Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA (2.0 for Germany) or better with performance record Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German (or commitment to learn) Preferred qualifications: Basic experience in analog and digital circuits and measurement techniques Proficiency with bench test equipment (i.e, Power Supplies, Multimeters, Oscilloscopes) Basic experience with LabVIEW, TestStand, Matlab and/or other programming languages Experience with PCB design tools is preferred Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions Ability to take the initiative and drive for results Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery Our offer for you Benefit from an attractive compensation Join an international work environment where your ideas count and where you can thrive in a diverse culture Explore a world of opportunities for your personal and professional development Texas Instruments is an equal opportunity employer and supports a diverse, inclusive work environment.
