The Job

As an Account Manager, you will represent the long lasting commercial point of contact of all your customers. You ensure the solid base and the fundamental revenues of the company, by upselling and renewing contracts of our existing customers. You will be in touch with CIO's, CFO's and CEO's of small and large companies, and revolutionise the way their business works! RESPONSABILITIES Managing a portfolio of existing clients, in Europe and Africa Establish and maintain long term relationships with your customers Identify potential/incentive future sales: increase your customers' use of the solution by offering them the right package in Odoo Demonstrate the product (new apps, features) and new versions to end-users Focus on customers' satisfaction: make sure your customers are happy with Odoo! Negotiate contract renewals: from monthly to multi-year subscriptions CHALLENGES Deal with companies of various industries, sizes, and from different regions Retain sophisticated partners while coaching inexperienced partners into streamlined sales machines Real responsibilities from day 1 As you’ll mainly work with new Odoo Partners, you’ll have to build your partner’s portfolio from scratch. You are accountable for your own success MUST HAVE Business Master Degree Fluent in English +any European language 1 to 4 years of technology sales experience Ability to empower and challenge your partners Entrepreneurial mindset. “It is not my job” is not part of your vocabulary Excellent communication skill Passionate about sales, you like to convince, negotiate and achieve targets.
