As our student assistant in the QA, Documentation and Modularization team in Group Technology, you will contribute to a sustainable future as you help us standardize our equipment, modularize our factories – and ensure our projects have a better platform for project execution. This is who we are You will be part of Group Technology in ROCKWOOL. Here, we create and deliver machines and production equipment as well as entire production lines for our international production sites. This takes special technology, state-of-the-art machines and smart innovations – in short: our specialty. You will join a team of 30 colleagues with different backgrounds sitting in both Hedehusene and Poznan Poland. The team’s focus is Mechanical 3D modelling, Space Management, Quality Assurance of Machine Documentation and Modularization. Our office is open and so is the atmosphere – we have many different engineering backgrounds experience and you will experience how it is to work in an engineering company. This is the role As our Student Assistant you can expect to spend approximately 15 hours a week with us on site in Hedehusene – we will of course be flexible as we understand your studies come first. Your tasks will be assisting our Mechanical Engineers, our two PhD’s and our Information Specialist with the following tasks: Creating standard documentation Help build a configurator and get insight into state of the art modularization of factory layout and equipment (and what it takes to do an Industrial PhD) Making our project platform (SharePoint) even better. You will be involved in meetings, workshops – and inspiring discussion in a dynamic team.
