The Primary Markets department covering Equity, Debt and Funds securities is notably in charge of the business relationship with listed companies and those considering an IPO on Euronext markets. Building strong relationships with business leaders and members of the financial ecosystem is essential for our success. Key Accountabilities Within the Primary Markets department, the Equity Listing team sets strategic priorities and delivers associated projects, leads regulatory engagement, and is responsible for financial results of the equity listing business line. The main responsibilities of the intern will be to assist the Equity Listing team in projects to deliver on the Primary Markets business unit’s 2024 strategic ambitions. In particular, the intern will participate to the deployment of strategic projects dedicated to Tech-sector IPOs, ESG and SMEs. He/she will also contribute to our efforts to strengthen our pre-IPO programmes. His/her missions will include project management, preparation of presentations, market sizing and activity benchmarking vs. competing exchanges, financial modelling and analyses. Taking part in the team’s effort and contribution to strengthening the department, the analyst will also help bolster the team’s research capacities by contributing to know-how and content on specific sectors and/or topics related to equity capital markets. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required Final or penultimate year student from a top business or engineering school, with strong academic credentials. Fluent in English and French. Excellent communication skills. Solid understnading of -and interest in- capital markets. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Dynamic and pro-active in suggesting new ideas. Willingness and ability to navigate within virtual teams and in multicultural environments.
