The Job

Job Description: Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an IM Solution Owner on Export Control (f/m) to join our IM Corporate Office and Legal team (DMGC) based in Toulouse, France (secondary location available: Hamburg, Filton) You will be part of a team which mission is to deliver innovative IT solutions that support digital transformation and efficient operations of Airbus Corporate Services, such as Facilities and Real Estate Management, Security, Communication, Legal, Sustainability... and also deliver and operate Long Term Archiving services to ensure our company compliance with information retention policy. As part of the IM Legal Product team, you will support Airbus Legal Function, through 6 main business capabilities: Legal Entities data management Ethics and Compliance Export Control Law Firm Management Legal Audit management Intellectual Property As a Solution Owner, you will have an end-to-end accountability : Strategy definition in line with company / IM objectives, roadmap definition, solution delivery, bug fixing (L2/L3 support), application monitoring, daily support, application retirement Increased end-to-end team accountability, including solution and/or service performance (operational and financial) You will also act as a Project Manager, taking an active role in delivering projects in the frame of Legal Product, with the ability to participate to the other Products of the team (Communications, Sustainability or Corporate Performance) Your working environment: Global capital of aeronautics and European capital for space research, Toulouse is a dynamic city in the southwest of France served by an international airport. Your challenges: You will contribute to one of our key 2023/2024 challenge, the Export Control Compliance Program (ECCP): Airbus is committed to full compliance with the Export and import Control Laws and regulations of the EU, its Member States and the United States and those of other countries in which the Company conducts business worldwide. ECCP goal is to ensure Legal function together with all other involved business functions meet the required Export Control compliance level. Main applications you will be responsible for: Export Control Accreditation : you will be accountable for end to end accreditation tools related to this process including: Request accreditation flow IT services and tools for the propagation of accreditation in the Information system Support the complete solution for our divisions and subsidiaries Export Control Screening : composed of a multi-technical platform to manage screening of business partners (customer and suppliers) at company level for all flows dealing with ITAR regulation and EAR regulation data. Those applications are used as well for the individuals onboarding, ongoing and risk monitoring.The functions impacted are HR ( check of applicants), Security ( check of visitors). Your main tasks and responsibilities will include: Manage stakeholders, establish a long term relationship and collaborate to the definition of product and service vision and roadmap, aligned with the Business strategy Makes real and implements the commitments taken at Business level , aligned with the targeted product performance (delivery in TCQ, Business Value Creation, operational efficiency...), in compliance with IM Enterprise architecture and overall governance standards and principles Manage budget and total cost of ownership (TCO) for the solution. Ensure financials targets are met Gain and maintain knowledge of technology enablers and market best practices related to the solution. Drive innovation Define the projects framework using Agile methods This role may involve some rare travel for business.
