Job Description: Job description Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Business Analyst (f/m) - Customer Success Engineer for Engineering and DDMS - based in Toulouse or Hamburg to join our Big Data organization. We're looking to enrich our team with people from diverse horizons willing to bring and share their experience and skills around the professions of Data Wrangling or Business Intelligence. You will be part of the Big Data solution team managing and enabling data platforms, data visualization and associated services across Airbus. As a Business Analyst Customer Success Engineer for Engineering and DDMS, you will create value for Airbus by addressing current business challenges through the use of digital technologies - including using data platforms and analytics - to deliver insight and improve performance. You will solve cross domain, business-critical issues and partner with the business on appropriate areas. You will be responsible for the reliability, efficiency and availability of our data products and the deployment and support of Data Viz applications and services. AS CSE (Customer Success Engineer, you will: Act as single contact : act as representative of the products and services in Big data PSL for Engineering and DDMS Advice and Support: provide our expertise linked to Big Data to support digital strategies of engineering and DDMS Manage Backlog: prioritize, defend and manage the backlog of Engineering and DDMS & identify collaboration opportunities between functions Deliver: be accountable of the deliveries and service level (applicative) for Engineering and DDMS for the perimeters where we have the delegation of the D customer facing domain (DP) Be the leader of customer success: be accountable for the satisfaction of Engineering and DDMS towards our products and services Your working environment Global capital of aeronautics and European capital for space research, Toulouse is a dynamic city in the southwest of France served by an international airport. Your challenges Support Airbus to become a data driven company by making data easier to acquire, explore, track, analyze, broadcast while ensuring it's high quality Provide expertise to support digital strategies - define best match between data analysis needs and existing solutions & technologies Create business value - high focus on customer satisfaction and short time-to-market Customer success engineer for 1 and DDMS - interact with various stakeholders from business function, IS architecture, data & analytics platforms center of competences to achieve business objectives Define product backlog & project roadmaps in close cooperation with the Business in an agile framework Drive the execution of priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the deliveries Your boarding pass University degree (or equivalent) in an area such as information technology, applied mathematics, engineering, or big data related field, Experience with data modeling, integration, quality, and management - combining independent sources to create a more complete view Knowledge of visualization tools (eg. Sap Analytic Cloud, Spotfire, Qlik Sense, Foundry) Team player and collaborative mindset Stakeholder management - excellent and adaptive communication with diverse audiences & skills Learning agility, curiosity and creativity, independence of mind and innovative "out of the box" mindset Ability to work autonomously Knowledge of one or more Airbus business areas (Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, Procurement) or SAP functional knowledge (MM, PP, WM) Knowledge of database technology (eg. SQL, SAP BW, SAP HANA) are a plus Programming knowledge (SQL, Python) would be a plus Language skills : Advanced in French and Negotiation level in English Feel like you can't tick some boxes above?
