Job Description: Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a AIBT Technical Operations - Material and Logistics Manager for Beluga(f/m) to join our AIBT Technical Operations Department based in Toulouse, France . AIBT (Airbus Beluga Transport) is Airbus' new airline being launched to operate the A300 Beluga ST fleet for commercial flights. The 5 A300-600 Beluga ST aircraft historically operated by Airbus Transport International (ATI) are being replaced and will therefore be available for external transport activities (commercial transport of Engines, Helicopters, Satellite components or complete satellites, ISS Components, Containers, Machinery). Commercial operations already started in December 2021. Airbus is creating the new AIBT Airline to manage and commercialize these operations. Your challenges: As AIBT TO Material and Logistics Manager, you will support the Head of Technical operations and work in close cooperation with the rest of the Technical Ops team, ATI teams and contracted organizations. In this regard, you will be responsible to set-up some of the appropriate processes, ways of working and contracts to support operations in a safe and cost effective manner ; CAMO, POA, DOA, Material support, Part 145. You will be responsible to contribute to the subcontracting of material and logistics activities with the selected M&L supplier/s, to perform the associated contract monitoring and the oversight and coordination of the M&L activities, so as to ensure spares and material availability to ensure aircraft timely readiness for commercial operations. You will contribute to coordinate and supervise the preparation and execution of the technical operations for commercial flights that will be operated by the AIBT Beluga A300-600ST fleet, in particular in case of unexpected technical events. This role will therefore require, as appropriate, occasional 24/7 stand-by activities. Your boarding pass: As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate some of the following skills and competencies Educational Qualifications: Engineer diploma or equivalent. Technical knowledge: Good aviation technical background and knowledge. Minimum Aeronautical experience: 5 years. Relevant experience in material management, logistics, procurement, component reliability or component repair management. Basic knowledge of EASA Part 145 regulations and familiar with Part M/Part CAMO requirements. Competencies in calculating and establishing stock levels and provisioning policies and strategies based on operational factors (system reliability, MTBF/MTBR, aircraft utilization, etc..), logistic factors (supplier lead time, repair TAT, transport interval, etc) and economical factors (cost of part, cost of repair, cost of AOG) Soft skills: Ability to convince people, successfully negotiate and drive changes Ability to work both autonomously and in a team collaborative env:ironment. Vos challenges: Vous travaillerez en proximité avec votre responsable et en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe Maintenance et Navigabilité d'AIBT, les équipes d'ATI et les partenaires externes. Dans ce cadre, vous serez responsable de la mise en œuvre de certains des processus et des contrats en lien avec le CAMO, le DOA, le POA, la Part 145 et la gestion et de la logistique des pièces avion. En particulier, vous serez en charge de contractualiser avec les parties prenantes identifiées afin d' assurer un support logistique et matériel adéquat. Vous assurerez le suivi des relations contractuelles et la coordination des activités. Votre rôle consiste à : anticiper les besoins, coordonner les intervenants et superviser les activités pour garantir la disponibilité des pièces et des avions en temps et en heure. Vous aurez également à coordonner et superviser la préparation ainsi que l'exécution des opérations techniques des vols commerciaux d'Airbus Beluga Transport, plus particulièrement à l'occasion d'incidents techniques. Ce rôle pourrait nécessiter une disponibilité ponctuelle d'astreinte 24h/24 et 7j/7. Votre carte d'embarquement: Nous attendons que vous possédiez les compétences suivantes: Formation : diplôme d'ingénieur ou équivalent Connaissances techniques: Bonne expérience et connaissances techniques des avions : minimum 5 ans Expérience pertinente en gestion des matériels, logistique, approvisionnement, fiabilité des composants ou en gestion de la réparation des composants. Connaissance des règles EASA, Part 145 et Part CAMO. Compétences en calcul et établissement des niveaux de stock, des politiques et stratégies d'approvisionnement en fonction de facteurs opérationnels (fiabilité du système, MTBF/MTBR, utilisation des aéronefs, etc.), logistiques (délai fournisseur, TAT de réparation, intervalle de transport, etc.) et économiques (coût de la pièce, coût de la réparation, coût de l'AOG).
