In return our team would be pleased to share our experiences and accompany you in your new journey. *STC: Supplemental Type Certificate *SB: Service Bulletin *ICA: Instruction for Continued Airworthiness Job Description: In the frame of Cabin and/or Cabin Systems upgrades projects on various program (A320, A330, A380, A350), the job holder is responsible for following missions: - To be overall responsible for all electrical & mechanical system installation Tasks and Activities. These tasks cover E2E activities from the customer requirements to the working party including: 3D Routing Harness, Routing and bracketery Drawings 3D Mechanical Systems (typically plates, brackets and equipment racks) Mechanical Drawings Installation Instruction Technical assistance during working party -Follow all its deliverables and give feedback of the "on time / on Cost" to the Project Manager and Mechanical Systems & Airframe Team Leader, -Provide support to aircraft in service The job holder works in close collaboration with the following teams: Airworthiness, Project Management, Procurement, Quality, Supply Chain and the CVE. Required skills: Hard skills: Note: It is not mandatory that the applicant has advanced knowledge on Mechanical System Installation domain. But motivation to cover both fields (electrical and mechanical) is required. A 2 or 3 years degree specialized in Aerospace (Bac+2 or Bac+3) Airbus aircrafts general knowledge (whole Airbus family), Good knowledge of Airbus Technical Directives (TDD92, TDD20), and Electrical System Installation Design Principles (SIDP92, SIDP20), Good knowledge in Mechanical conception of single parts or assembled parts, Good knowledge in Materials choice according to part usage, Good knowledge in VU design (architecture, ventilation, smoke detection, trays, ...) Good Knowledge of AIRBUS configuration management softwares (TAKSY, GILDA, Circe, ESDCR...) and Aircraft technical publications (AMM, IPC, ESPM ...), Degree in Mechanical Development and Aeronautical engineering, or demonstrated experience, Know how in general certification rules and processes for proper understanding of necessary substantiation associated to Electrical and Mechanical Design, Know how in definition dossier configuration management, Good knowledge of CATIA Software (EHI-EHA module), Basics knowledge in Technical Project Management, Knowledge in PART 21J DOA fundamentals, Knowledge in Part 21G POA fundamentals, Knowledge in PART 145 fundamentals, Good practice of written and spoken English, Soft Skills: Adaptable, Develop and maintain a high level of collaborative work with the involved stakeholders, Customer oriented, Proactive, Good presentation skills, Communication and influencing skills, Synthesis ability, This role may involve some worldwide travels for business- typically once a month.
