About Capgemini Capgemini is a global partner of the Rugby World Cup France 2023. Capgemini sponsorship team, based in Paris, is looking for a data-savvy and multi-disciplinary intern to support the group's internal Ticketing and Hospitality activities ahead and during the Cup. Joining our team, hand in hand with the Ticketing and Hospitality manager, your main tasks will include managing day-to-day ticketing-related data, ensuring accurate & timely tickets distribution, and contributing to various reporting for the team. You will also help ensuring smooth communication with various stakeholders, as well as other event-related tasks, where required. Main Responsibilities Provide support in the management and analysis of ticketing data, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery Monitor ticketing distribution and make recommendations to improve (re) allocation processes Ensure the preparation of internal and external meetings, as well as build consistent reporting materials where needed Provide communication support, including preparing emails for stakeholders and create various documentations as needed Provide support in the management of hospitality events, ensuring timely updates Support the team with various event planning tasks as required Mission on the ground Support the management of all activations and animations on the Capgemini sites during the World Cup Help in manage participants during the event, answering their questions on and off site (hotline management) Provide on-site operational support, coordinating hospitality activities Ensure that the Capgemini brand is visible, assisting in the effective deployment of the brand and marketing protocols consolidated before hand Assist in the coordination of supplier relations (quotes, templates, meetings, etc.) Ad hoc tasks as required, which may include assistance with other events/programs Proficiency in English and French is a must Profile required Bachelor's degree in business, sports management, data analytics, or a related field Strong analytical skills and experience working with data in Excel or other software Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with the sports industry and previous experience in sports data analytics or ticketing management is a plus
