ROLE : Within the Agency's sales team, in connection with commercial land and sedentary areas, you respond to customer requests by studying their requests for services as well as ensuring their qualification, follow-up, relevance and concretization. RESPONSIBILITIES : In this context, you receive, qualify and process customer requests received (live or via commercial land and sedentary) and enter the associated quotes. You contact the appropriate internal contacts to make relevant and competitive tariff offers for all products and services offered by the CMA CGM Group (maritime and non-maritime). If necessary, you relaunch customers for unrealised quotations and you implement corrective actions in the event that the conversion rate of quotations is not reached. You ensure that quotations are regularly updated. You assist customers in the use of online pricing tools. You contribute to the resolution of commercial disputes, and are in regular contact with all relevant internal contacts to ensure the proper execution of transactions and invoicing. Finally, you ensure compliance with the Quality, Safety and Security procedures in force in the company and in particular the proper management of your quotations with a view to an optimal realization of your business by the customer service. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS : You have a undergraduate degree in International trade or Logistic Transport, you ideally have an experience of at least one year in the same position. You have good command of IT and Office tools and you speak English fluently. Your interpersonal and your negotiation skills will be essential to communicate efficiently with your numerous contacts.
