Job Description: Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an Aircraft Quality Customer Manager (AQCM) (f/m) to join our Quality team based in Toulouse, France. As part of the Customer Line, you will be in charge of a portfolio of customer accounts (air operators and leasers) of A350 and A330 aircraft with whom you will build and maintain a relationship of trust throughout the production of the aircraft and, in particular, during the final assembly and delivery phase. Your challenges: Ensure Customer Communication (during production follow-up meetings, Final Cabin presentation, delivery, dedicated Quality meetings...) for all Quality related points whether it is for the cabin, structure, systems, paint or engines. Define and prioritize the main Quality issues for a given Customer (as well as those common to several fleets) in order to manage the Customer feedback loop internally in a transversal manner (with the Quality, Operations, Development, Engineering, Purchasing departments, etc.), Ensure risk management of Customer Quality issues (reduction of Customer repetitive elements, management of major manufacturing incidents, etc.), Launch and/or coordinate key Quality corrective actions and projects to improve Customer satisfaction. Promote consistency of actions across a customer's fleet and anticipatory thinking across programs. Ensure visibility of in-service feedback and define the containment strategy and associated corrective actions with the cross-functional "Manufacturing & Delivery" team. To achieve these missions, you will act in close collaboration with the Manufacturing & Delivery cross-functional team and will have to engage a wide range of functions (such as Quality and assembly line station operational managers, supply chain, design office...) for the containment and or eradication of the main Customer Quality issues. Your boarding pass: Minimum BAC+2 Minimum 3 years of experience in management Minimum 5 years experience in Product Quality (Aeronautical, Automotive, Railways... ) Knowledge of customer order processing Quality and configuration management fundamentals Team player Customer oriented mindset Negotiation/Persuasion Ability to quickly understand technical documents Resilience and agility Improvement mindset, ability to identify problems and propose creative solutions English: Negotiation level necessary French: Read, spoken, written Salary range: Salary range based on the required profile: 40 to 50K€/year (including a variable part based on your performance).
