Tasks: Involvement in the preparation of annual financial statements (IFRS) for the Springer Nature Group Involvement in the preparation of monthly consolidated management accounts (IFRS) Analysis of monthly movements in the consolidated balance sheet and consolidated income statement Support in projects, e.g. group-wide harmonization of accounting processes and systems, due diligence, integration of new companies into reporting processes/systems Ad-hoc reporting for requests from management and shareholders Subject matter expert and contact person for specific IFRS/accounting areas of the Springer Nature Group. Analysis of monthly submitted reporting packages from subsidiaries and continuous improvement of the reporting process.
