CF F Trade Finance Advisory (TFA) as the governance owner for Trade Finance within Siemens has the mission to provide an effective and efficient risk framework for the Trade Finance business of Siemens and manages the risks associated with Guarantees, Letters of Credit and Fiduciary Accounts. What part will you play? Continuously conceptualize, develop, and maintain various reports on Siemens' trade finance products Be responsible for the accurate and timely preparation and delivery of TFA's input to financial statements Support in the specification and testing of features in our in-house IT-system for guarantee management Prepare model calculations with regards to guarantee commissions and fees Act as contact person (for our guarantee department, accounting and business) when it comes to clarifications and escalations arising from the guarantee charging process Be part of digitalization and automation efforts in the area of reporting and reconciliation using ETL tools and BI solutions Identify potential for process improvement and implement measures for harmonization and simplification What you need to make real what matters. You have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance & banking, (international) management or a related field You have gained first relevant professional experience in the finance department of Siemens, a bank or another industrial company You are experienced with (trade) finance products and processes and their handling in IT-systems Personally, you convince with your commitment, analytical ability and results orientation You have very good knowledge in the field of data preparation and data analysis, as well as in the preparation of presentations You have worked with ETL tools (e.g. Alteryx, KNIME) and Business Intelligence and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) and are willing to deepen your knowledge in this field You speak fluently German and English and can demonstrate your communication and presentation skills in a business manner Your ability to successfully navigate in a global environment and experience with working in different cultural environments is a plus What we offer. 2 to 3 days of mobile working per week as a global standard Attractive remuneration package Development opportunities for both personal and professional growth 30 leave days and a variety of flexible working models that allow time off for yourself and your family Share matching programs to become a shareholder of Siemens AG Find more benefits here Individual benefits are adapted to meet local legal regulations, the requirements of different job profiles, locations, and individual preferences.
